I’ve tried steaming them and I have tried roasting them, but did not have something to follow so they weren’t that great. But I will definitely try this. I love Trader Joe’s, I will start looking for them on the stalk there. I’ll have to try roasting some other veggies too. My kids are more for the raw veggies.

Hi Heather! How have you made them or had them? Trader Joe’s sometimes sells them on the stalk which is so fun. I also love brussels sprouts sauteed with bacon, yum. Keep trying with the family, one day they just might be fighting over them. I will say roasted carrots are my kids all time favorite roasted vegetable.

I’m totally going to try this Heather! Thank you. I have a new found love of brussel sprouts. If only my family would try them. I’ve never seen them right on the stalk like that either, how cool.
